This is quick update video to my previous tutorial where I showed you how you can make your very own custom grunge wallpaper. In this video we go a step further and show you how to make diagonal lines as an overlay.
In this tutorial I will go over how to create your very own custom grunge textured wallpaper for your desktop! By using very simple images and blending options we can create a grunge/gritty effect.
These images where created in a series of Movie menu/navigational slides for a Multimedia. The images where to be inspired by the poster that we originally designed previously, this can be viewed here. The assignment at hand was to create an image computation showing proper editing and masking techniques. All images are sourced of Google (credited within the psd file) and not taken/created myself as this was not the focus of the assignment. All image rights are reserved by image owners.
I’ve just finished up a new website for all my work, so in a scene a portfolio website. It has proper spots and information about myself and the availability to hire as a freelance designer.
This movie poster design, was originally designed for a uni class of mine where we had to pick a theme in which we would explore for the rest of the semester, creating art work such as movie posters and menu screens. Love some feedback on the design, enjoy!
This poster was submitted to Toby Turner himself (YouTube super start, view here) and It was accepted as the poster that he will use to promote his channel, and in fact it is being printed right now and sent out.
This was the poster design that was accepted (slight changes where made before printing)
I’m looking to place some Flash tutorials up on my blog, to broaden the range of viewers. I have somewhat a basic understanding in flash but nothing compared to other work in Photoshop etc. So if you’re a keen Flash user and would like to get your name out there for the work that you do, here is a great chance.
